PCH Noodles was born from a shared craving among a group of food‑loving friends: the comfort of a mother’s home-cooked meal. We missed the genuine, heartwarming Thai flavors we grew up with in Thailand, so we set out to bring those tastes to our neighborhood in Lomita—right here on Pacific Coast Highway.
